At Paint & Peace, each artwork is custom-made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect the item upon delivery and contact us immediately. Reach out to us at contact-nusrat.habib99@gmail.com or Whatsapp at +91-8076824427 with your order details and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

In the event that a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

If an order has been placed by mistake, you may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us via WhatsApp. Please note that a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the order value to cover processing and preparation costs.
